We are thrilled to announce that PT Cekindo Bisnis Grup has been acquired by InCorp Group, a leading corporate services company in Asia Pacific, with headquarters in Singapore. The acquisition took place on 21 December 2018. Due to this acquistion, our operations have been transferred from previously PT Cekindo Bisnis Grup to now PT Cekindo Business International (effective from 2 January 2019). In addition, our management and staff are now a part of InCorp Group. Our head office remains in Jakarta, Indonesia with branch offices in Bali and Semarang as well as an overseas branch in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Through this partnership, Cekindo now possesses new resources and capabilities to continue driving value for existing and new clients and their companies with more comprehensive corporate solutions and larger networks in Asia Pacific region. Who is InCorp Group? Similar to Cekindo, InCorp Group provides integrated services for enterprises, both local and foreign, that intend to set up business operations in Singapore and Asia.
